I just love to eat spicy foods myself. I cook with a lot of spices. I also like it hot and spicy. Some people only like food which are cooked with basically salt and pepper. Will you tell us if you like it hot and spicy, or just spicy, or just basically salt and pepper. Share with us your choice.

hi dear friend, i love hot and spicy food but i cannt eat it every day. now after having the baby i have not even tasted it. but when i cook , i make it with lots of spices and i think spices have so much goodness in it that it is good for th body. when i serve salad and curd it always with salt and black pepper powder. my family likes that taste. in my curd i sometimes sprinkle powdered cumin seeds also. they smell and taste awesome. i feed my baby so my personal food in not at all spicy but for others that i cook, is very spicy and rich .

Hi laurenrich! I really don't like hot and spicy foods. I hate sweating while eating. It is my husband who does. He love super hot and spicy foods. He can even eat Red hot chili pepper alone. Imagine that!!!! He puts spicies on all food he eats. I cannot understand how he can stand that. He said it acts like an appetite booster. But as for me, I will not get full with food but with drinking so much water if I do that.

I don't like spicy food although I can cook it as well as eat it. The problem with spicy food is that you enjoy it and you eat a lot, later you feel uncomfortable. your skin and your throat all will have problem after it. Also it will kill your desire to plain food. you will can not eat light taste food.
so now if i can i will avoid spicy food. sometimes i cook spicy food for my husband. it's very. my husband always said he can eat spicy food, but i just put a little spicy chilli then his face became hot, he could not stand it.
the secret of cooking spicy food is that use hot oil to fry the chilly with the seeds. in this way you can less use chilli and save money.

An owner of a Moroccan restaurant explained to me of the various spices that went into a dish, but I failed to realize at that time - not all spices set your tongue on fire.
Saffron is a perfect example. I love saffron rice, and saffron is a spice, but it isn't "spicy" at least in the ignorant American sense of the word. It just takes it to another dimension, without having to empty your tear ducts and render your tongue useless for the next hour or two.

Hello laurenrich. I love to eat spicy food. In my hometown, wherever you eat, you will find that the food is spicy and hot. My mom find it hard to eat without having the dishes spicy. But when I have a sore throat, I try not to eat spicy food until I get well again.

I love to eat spicy foods but not everyday. I sometimes cook spicy foods during birthdays or just spur of the moment cooking spicy food. I like spicy spaghetti and sometimes spicy vegetables.
Basically I just cook with salt and pepper and or with other herbs that are not spicy.

I like to eat hot pepper, stir-fries, when I always like to put points peppers. Spicy products because of its bactericidal, antiseptic, flavoring, nutrition, Qu-han and other functions, for human disease prevention, cure, improved genes, the promotion of human evolution has played a positive role. So, in your everyday recipes to add a little pepper, great for physical health benefits.
