There're happiness in life as well as sorrow, such as failure in grades, at work or in an relationship. But have you found that, when you bearing the suffering, you feel absolutely awful, sad and desperate, but once you recover from the suffering, maybe one year later or so, when looking back, your feelings are opposite, you cherish it, even feel relieved to have had such kind of suffering and recovered from it. For instance, last year I was in desperate bad mood, I was lost, then everything messed up. Then I thought about a lot of things, after a few months, I felt happy again till now. Then when I look back, I found it very critical and interesting. Because I really achieved a lot during the suffering. So, to suffering is not that bad, it's quite important in one's life.

During the times of suffering, we face and go through different emotions, sad, angry and in the midst of going through, it is difficult to see any good in it. But you can not enjoy suffering, you can find different ways to cope with it, so you would not feel overwhelmed, so it does not become something you are continually thinking on. You can do things to make you laugh again. But after some time you would see that this suffering was needed to build something in you that was not there before.

suffering is valuable but not means we can enjoy it..it is necessary in life.we value it and make it indelible but we enjoy happiness more.

it seems suffering is as important to a happy life as comfort ...
someone said like: "Endless comfort leads to an ill-state."
Perhaps it is a good idea to go through the rounds of suffering and comfort.
After an exhausting jog, the body feels good due to natural endorphine released by the muscles.
Whether any one can enjoy suffering is a hard concept.. but somehow, physical suffering promotes spiritual wellness. agree?
What do you think?
