Doubt about neobux renting refs

I am thinking of renting referrals in neobux but when I try to deposit funds in my account from my paypal I have seen a baaner saying that we accept funds only from verified accounts and my paypal account is unverified.So Can't I deposit my funds from paypal?
Please help me with this matter..

u can use alertpay or neobux main balance for referrals. you can only transfer if u have verified paypal account. and my suggestion is try to add vcc for paypal and use it for neobux.

Transfer money from your bank account via EFT transfer to your AlertPay or NETELLER accounts. From my personal experience, PayPal sucks. NETELLER is very flexible and easy way to add funds in Neobux. GOOD LUCK & HAPPY EARNINGS.
