reliance or tata indicom?

Hai friends i am basically from bangalore. i decided to take an internet broadband(USB MODEM) connection.I have two options for you, either reliance or tata indicom(NETCONNECT or PHOTON+).. Which one you prefer under all conditions. Please help me out.

Well,
I am a resident of indore and all indore prefer airtel as a broadband connection,
and if you have only two choices either reliance or tata, I will recommend you tata because tata always gives customer satisfaction, more and more in low cost..
where reliance is all about professionals, they do business.
Well its on you now what to prefer...

thank you neha.. Here also airtel broadband connection is well going. But im going to take wireless connection and in the airtel USB MODEM speed is only around 250 kbps right?
but in reliance or tata speed is 3.1 mbps. so im getting confused. IS th speed 250 kbps is okay to surf??
