how do you understand "science intelligence and culture smart"

My personal opinion is science is more important than culture.The reason being no progress is possible without development of science.Very many diseases have been eradicated with the spread of science.Be it in medicine,astronomy,engineering or any other sub branch of these subjects we are what we are today due to the progress of science.But certain amount of culture is also required as that is what separates us from savages.I would say smartness is the ability to do work assigned to you with efficiency.Your quick reaction is also an indicator of smartness.Intelligence is the culmination of several factors like memory,innovation, ability to assimilate quickly, ability to give alternative solutions to a problem when the tried and trusted method doesn't work and ability to profit from experience.
