best photoshop?

what do you think is the best photo shop out there? i have a lot that says they can do a lot of things but i cant figure them out. right now i am using picasa 3. i like it so far.

yeah. i used to use picasa. it has really nice feutures.right know i'm using faststone image viewer. i'm not a serious image editor. picasa seems to be a very complicated editor for me
