Do you have an Automatic or manual car? / myLot

Hi there. I created this post to see if you guys drive automatic or manual cars. Where I currently live, most of the people drive automatic cars whereas where I come from, most of them drive manual ones. I learn to drive in a manual car and I prefer it as I have more control of the car. What do you guys think?

I drive an automatic. I know how to drive manual but being a mom and having so much task at hand i would feel more comfortable with automatic.

Thanks for your response. It is true that driving automatic will allow you to focus more on the road without worrying about changing gears. Its specially useful if you are carrying children with you.

Manual. Auto-transmission isn't too common around here, so it's usually only imported and thus that'd boost the price way up. I'd like to try a car with automatic shifting though since it's ... simpler, even if it has the reverse of what you mention as a pro for the manual transmission, which is more control of the car.
