What color should i paint my car??? 1973 AMC Javelin

I need your help on deciding what color i should paint my car. I have a 1973 AMC Javelin with faded out red-orange paint with a torn vinyl top like the picture shown. I am going to get it painted in January 2010. But i just can't decide what color to paint it. I was thinking maybe a dark gray with a black vinyl top and an original black "T" on the hood or maybe just a plain black. Your opinion will really be appreciated. Thanks
