I really think that you are right . People when they are happy and smile , are much more beautiful . You can make an experiment. Look on the street at different people. You will see that most of thouse that are sad , are not so beautiful , but thouse that are happy , or laugh loud on the street , they are much more beautiful . I think the happiness it`s the key of the beauty . But, we have days and days, and we can`t be all the time happy .

I totally agree with the idea. Being happy makes us a lot more beautiful. When we show our true personality, people tend to appreciate us more. When people appreciates us we tend to be happy. When we are happy we feel good about ourselves thus making us feel beautiful.

I think it is always good to be positive and yes if we are happy people also feel happy and they can consider such people as beautiful though they sometimes are not physically beautiful. Do you think any of the people around this world will look great when they are crying? Just see those beauty contest, all the contestant smile as bright as they can.

Ok, seriously? It doesn't make you beautiful. It only makes your face brighter. Your face is your face and it doesn't change unless you have it surgically "replaced". But yes, we are all beautiful! Peace!

Hi flowerblossom, I am not too sure of this. :) Actually, when we are happy, we look more relaxed, and therefore, the next person who looks at us may catch on that feeling, like u smile at somebody and that person smiles back. We feel happy, that person feels happy. Other than that, changes in features, and others...I doubt it. There is some beauty in sadness as well. For example, u c the face of madonna (mother Mary), u c a twinge of sadness, and then when she holds the body of her son, if it were not beautiful, would people have ever looked at Michaelangelo's pietta? I doubt if people go to see the details, as much as they go to see the expressions captured to perfection and are touched by it. Both happiness and pain touch us. It is the feelings that appeal, the beauty / ugliness is of course what always existed. Hope u have understood what I wanted to express.

yes it does. people who are happy smile a lot and have that positive vibe in them. even if they don't really tell you that they are happy, you can see it in their eyes. or how they act or move.

when we are happy we deal with people always with a smile and by smiling this will brightens one's day. a person who doesn't frown looks prettier both inside and out.

I feel like that when I'm happy, my friend told if I seem more beautiful. and if I sad, I be ugly. I don't know the truth, but I believe with my friend says. and I like be positive thinking person, make life be better and enjoyed.

I think when we are happy almost unconsciously it brings out the best of us all. Our positive energy, our values and also I believe the inter and outer beauty. When we are happy, we cant help sharing that with others... and we dont even notice when we do it! Its amazing what bright eyes, a dazzling smile and happiness can do for you. When we are happy it also makes us confident, therefore, when we talk, interact with people, they can see it! We all have something in us that is beautiful, that shows. As the face is the index of the mind, if we are happy and our face will shine like anything that will gain the glow from others too and it makes them to be happy as well.
