computer problem

Therefore I turn off the power switch and I wait a half an hour and then I have turn on the computer.It's ok and regularly boot the window system.Unexpected shutdown is very difficult condition for me and I lost some of the currently data . I have been trying to solve the nearly one year. Specification -------Processor -Intel daul core 2.8Gz ,Mother board Intel D102GGC2 OS---- window XP service pack 2 pirate Hard disc has not bad setter.Please advice me how to solve the problem.How do you think, is it software problem or hardware problem?

one of my computer problem is i got virus when i open or downloading music in limewire.and it make my computer slow.but i already fix it by computer technician.i also hate to get disconnected suddenly when iwas talking to my brother abroad.

You have a virus...my old computer did this and because I needed a new one anyway we just bought a new one but we could have had if fixed. You should take it to a computer fix-it place, they will probably have to wipe your hard drive clean..so if you are able to get it to stay on long enough to do so you should move all of your pictures to a disc or one of those memory stick thingies...that's what I use...
