I would recommend anyone to watch this movie. It is good, clean, and has comedy in it also. I went to watch this movie back in Feb or March of this year and was really impressed. This is like the 4th or 5th movie this Baptist Church in Georgia I believe. The also put out the movie "Facing the Giants" . Kirk Cameron played in this movie though. Anyway, I went to watch this movie at my step-daughters christian college she had enrolled in. All through the movie you see this book called the Love Dare given to Kirk Cameron from his father in the movie. When we were leaving the movie there was a table of these books on sale for $10. My son only had $7 and I was going to get enough change out of van to buy one, but I knew if I left I they would be gone. They would not except checks either. This man was standing in front of me and over heard my conversation with my son and daughter. He actually bought two of those books and handed one of them to me. It was really touching what that man did and I will never forget it. I tried to give him the money my son had and even offered to write him a check. I got to talking to him and he said he remembered me when I was a little girl and that my dad (the preacher) had a great influence on me. I told me I could have the book as long as I read it. I have been through the book once and getting ready to go again. The book last for 40 days. Just thought I would share the thoughtfulness of that man with mylotters.

I saw this movie and loved it. The movie actually moved me to tears. I can't explain it but this movie grabbed me and would not let me go. Kirk Cameron was really good in this movie as the husband who took this book and tried to make his marriage work again. It does take effort and time for everything to work, but if you stick with it, it will work.

Actually I know the story behind that. When I was in college I had a 20 minute drive and would listen to American Family Radio and Kirk was a guest speaker on one day. Kirk and his wife do alot of christian speaking engagements and had watched the movie Facing the Giants put out by the same church. He told them who would really like to help with their next movie and him having a name would boost up ratings. Alex kendrick called Kirk on the phone and told him they had a new script to send to him and read. Without hestation Kirk said I'll do it. Alex asked don't you even want to read the script. Kirk said "no, I know it will be good"

If have been separated you need to watch. It shows how things can get out of hand even to the best. If you can find the book it would be great. It comes with a workbook but I do not think all that is necessary. If you can get through e-books that would be great also. I know everyone by now knows I do not like e-books that much. It is not a book that you can hold and read through in a week. It is a 40 day book and each day you are asked to do something different and add to it everyday up to 40 days. If you can withstand to do these things it will strength my marriage. I started reading and the first day was even hard for me. For example:The first day. Love is Patience. To sum up you are suppose to say nothing negative to your spouse all day. Hold your tongue. Even is he says something negative to you. I am a very vocal person so this was hard. First day was a accomplishment for me.

I was thinking at first that I never heard of this movie, but now it's starting to sound familiar. But I'll probably check it out sometime and see how it goes. Thanks for the recommendation.

That's really nice. I guess we do have some areas of the country with caring people left.
