swine flu ?

DEATHS due to swine flu have become a regunlar feature over the past few days.The toll due to the dreaded H1N1 influenza reached in hundreds . Pune way , which registered more than 50 deaths due to the flu last month. There is no control on the disease. It is spreading fast through out the country and also world. The life of common man is in danger. Do you give some good suggestion and precautionary measures ?

I think that no matter what you do you are going to get it if you get it the only thing you can try to do is to help fight it by eating properly and keeping yourself well cleaned.
