I think most people can not get a satisfied job due to the international financial crisis. It is a good choice for these people who wanna chang their life condition .
The needs of English native speaker maintain growth in Non-English-Speaking country.

i do not believe that english is an international language basically one of the qualification when applying in any job is you need to speak English fluently.and for me it is a plus.but i can say one good example you are referring too is if you are planning to have a work in country like Japan,China,Germany it is mandatory to learn their language.but English is an international so you can also be hired if you are very good speakers.
