need help from indians about alertpay

hai friends i have 23$ in my alertpay account and want to withdraw those money but i heared that alert pay will not pay money in india .is it true.is there any other way to transfer money will they send any checks to india .please help me friends.

Hi rocking,for india u can withdraw your money through a check.minimum amount to withdraw by check is $20 with a $4 fee.

Well i think here in india there is not much facility for alertpay but if you can transfer your money to paypal account from your alertpay then you can transfer it here.But for that i think they will charge you some type of fees so you have to accept it.
