believe it or not, i love the street foods. peanuts, kornik, tukneneng, kwek-kwek, fishball, squidball, kikiam, isaw, etc. etc. etc.
i also love our native delicacy like brittle pili nuts, other breads that our authentically ours (pandesal, ensaymada, hopia, etc.). i like buko pie, rosquillos, delicacy in parts of southern luzon. i miss the philippine food so much, i look for it everytime i go for vacation. its not a bad thing though, i just miss them! :)

I love our native delicacies. From fresh seafoods to our dairy products. We also have different kinds of fruits that are abundant in our land. But my favorite is our dried squid. My dad brought some of it from Palawan province, and it was in different sizes. I love the smaller ones. It is ofcourse best fried and dip into vinegar sauce. yummy. :)

i prefer veggies though i'm not a vegan or vegetarian it's just i'm a typical ilokano who's fond of dinengdeng or inabraw (boiled or stewed veggies seasoned with bugguong). but of course, i also like chicken, pork, beef, mutton--preferably cooked the ilokano way (like pinapaitan, imbaliktad, insarabasab, dinakdakan, dinadaldalem, dinardaraan, sinanglaw, etc.). and fish and shells (sea food).

I miss pili jam from Naga. Choco flakes, lengua de gato and strawberries from Baguio. Seafoods like crabs, prawns and lobsters (cook them whatever way and I can still eat them). Binagoongang baboy na may sili (Pork sauteed with anchovies and chili). Gosh! Now wonder I'm on the heavy side. I love to eat!
