Convenient forum?

I signed up a site and get earning from the forum, and they can pay me every week, one day i can get the earning , it is convenient. But i have a problem, every time they will deduct my earning from 20% to 35%, i do not know why. I just like that they can pay for me every week, i did not waiting for the long term payment. And do you have more useful forums? I wanna sign up some other forums too.
