How do you react if somebody says that you don't look good?

I am good looking or i should say that i am very thankful to God that i am physically able to do whatever i like to do.I am also thankful to him that he has given me a beautiful heart and sensible mind to perform deeds.

Dear daliaj, I really know how I am and no matter I'll feel for that if anyone does a comment on me. I too have faced that situations and I'll tell them this is not the face given by anyone... It is given by God and no matter how bad or ugly it seems but it is God who has seen it as good and made it. I never feel for that. But more often I received better comment from many that I am good looking... Cheers.... Have a great day always....

Well,it can happen but i think we must always think positive.In this world God has made beautiful and ugly.If anybody say this to me i will definite feel hurt bucz looks may not be good but my inside is good.Though i think i am not so bad looking then also.Bucz everybody thinks herself beautiful.

It depends at what stage of your life you are told this.If someone you highly regard says so at a time when you were forming an opinin about your looks or personality, then the negative impact that one has would be tremendous. But let's say you are well into your life and then someone says this and you had the good luck of having been told by someone that you look good, then it would not have any effect. For a person who has proven himself/herself in some way it really has very little impact.

Hello Dalia A nice question indeed. If some one says I dont look good I will simply will not bother about it. I know what I am and I am sure my good thoughts will make me look pleasant. So I take it cool. Happy mylotting

well i respect what other says if i look not good with my dress.there is no heartache.i am frank person so i also react to somebody if i find her not good in dress she wear.

yes, i did face such a situation. i also replied the same as you. i am confident with my own looks & i don't need others' recognition on this. LOL! however, it still depends on who the person's profession. if the person is a hair stylist, fashion designer, appearance consultant, etc, i might listen to his/her comment & suggestion. if that person is just a normal person, his/her critics will never influence me. :D

ii wish everyone is handsome and pretty so that topics like this wont appear :d bu tin reality, the world will be imbalanced if all things are positive. of course the world is created in opposite. the handsome ones cannot be handsome if there is no ugly ones. the same with the ugly ones. but when someone tries to tell us that we are not good looking? reply to them that the world will not be completed without us ^_^
