Well, how long have you been together? If you have had a long relationship and are running out of ideas so something simple and fun. My boyfriend has always liked baseball. One day I told him to get in the truck with me and go for a ride. (We've been together over three years now.) He did and I took him somewhere that had batting cages so he could see what he was made of instead of constantly asking me or just wondering how much baseball was left in him. After 45 minutes he was tuckered out and happy as he could be. Then I took him to dinner and margaritas. He likes Tequila. It might not be your first choice of the things you like to do, but its nice to do things other people like. I have no interest in baseball, but seeing him so happy made me happy enough. Only been a relationship for a short while? Just want to buy him something? Home Depot, O'Reily Autoparts and Lowe's all have gift certificates.

Then you'll want to do something simple and meaningful. Good luck!

Books, watches, something personal... flowers, chocolates and teddy bears are over-rated.

Dear friend,
I could see that is also varies according the taste of of the receiver, some may like materials and some may not, may be a special kiss could give them more enjoyment. I hope any innovative type of gifts that is really heart touching with an indication of love may give better result. But it depends upon the taste of the other side.

How about a care package? One Valentines day I got one and I thought it was lovely, it had chocolates and a soft toy inside with a book and some other trinkets he knew I would love as well as origami roses he made out of coloured card.
It was such a thoughtful present that it's one that I always remember.

hello cavella...im not good choosing gifts for my boyfriend or anyone else, but i love to give gifts lol...what i usually do is to think of what they really want, like their favorites or collections... extra ordinary comes from what you really want to give to them and the thought...

AS a partner you are aware on what are the needs of your boyfriend, its just that you can't decide on what you are going to give.
You can start, by thinking what are the things he would like to have. Books, garments, Graphic Novel, PSP, PS3 etc. Remember; Guys are just boys who happened to be in the body of a grown up man, the only difference is the price of their toys..:) Happy choosing.
