Why are my earnings MISSING?

I know I haven't logged in for months, but WHERE are my earnings? I can't even remember how much my earnings were, they were like a dollar. I know it isn't much, but again WHERE IS IT? It's been a really long and hectic year, I didn't have time to open my account on MyLot, but now I'm back and the first thing that I saw is my 0.00 earnings.Ha!?! Please to the management why is this so? And to everyone else, has this ever happened to you too before? Please I desperately need help.

Heya, I think you have been gone for more than 6 months here in myLot. You were not able to at least login for the past year. myLot has a rule that we have to at least login and have some form of activity every 3 or 6 months I think. When we fail to do that, our account might not be terminated but all of our earnings from before would be forfeited. The balance will be reset to zero so it is kinda like starting a new account. But we do get to keep everything from before, just not the earnings that we had.
