As a person on a budget, I would totally go for the 50 percent juice. I would just dillute it with water to cut the sugar a bit. Most of these juices are fortified with vitamins, so it's not really the juice itself that is giving the nutrients. Truth be told, most mass produced juices, 100% or not, are still pretty stripped down. To get the whole value of the fruit, you really need to buy the fruit and make your own fresh juice. When I can afford it, I like to buy 100%, but it is with the realization that it ususally has the same pasteurization/stripping process as other juices.

In Malaysia, it's really hard to get 100% natural juices. And even if it's stated as 100% fruit juice, there is added sugar. I prefer to blend fruit juices at home iwth my good 'ol blender. That way, I can be sure I'm not taking in more sugar than the juice itself!

100% is also hard to find in the Philipppines or in Taiwan, and I think in many other countries as well. It seems people are getting used to drinking drinks of sugar water with aritificial flavors and food coloring. I don't have much time to do the blender thing with its cutting and washing, so I just grab a banana.

what do you mean by these juices, are they already mixed, ready to drink or the commonly available mix powder?
