Survivor Samoa - Snake in the Grass (Warning Spoilers)

Hi Double: Count me in I'm a huge Survivor fan too!! Hope your shoulder is doing much better by now; When they started showing and airing all the pre-show clips I knew then I'd NOT like that Russell person, what a snake in the grass he is; and to drink ( hog all the water he could) and then DUMP IT OUT why that is just wrong, wrong wrong...I hope they all figure out his game and quickly; I personally want him GONE... He's one of those characters we LOVE TO HATE right? Now Rupert on the other hand, I liked him from the very start, even though he did take those shoes...LOL! He was a Pirate after all..(G)!! I read through all the posts here and you guys are all lined up and ready with the names and stuff of the players and the only ones I can recall from last night was the evil evil Russell and the One voted off Marissa...LOL! One too many medications for me I guess, will have to study up on my names better; Now next weeks show looks to be really good, somebody has did a major no no it seems in one of the challenges they do did you see Jeff's face??? and then he was yelling for them TO STOP NOW or something like that I've never seen that kind of expression on Jeff's face...MAYBE RUSSELL WILL GET EXPELLED HUH?? One can only hope!! Great post and I'll be around to put in my two cents I'm sure!!

Hello doubleloveyou, I usually pick a few i think will go to the end too but I cant even tell you the names of the players right now...I just couldnt get past Russel the snake to pay attention to the others....there is just something about that guy that makes my skin crawl.... I think shambo may make it a little further than you think though...she does talk a lot but I think challenge wise she will turn out to be valuable and she will end up being one of those that everyone wants to get rid of but they never end up doing it because there is someone that needs to go more... My fondest hope is that russel will go next thursday but i have a bad feeling he will be one of those too....they may all end up hating him but he is strong as two oxen...... Right now I am just rooting for the other tribe.... LOL...i really didnt get much out of the show last night I was so fixated on the snake.... I guess i'll pay better attantion next thursday!

I can't believe that you already picked out the final 4. I had a hard time keeping them straight last night. I think that Russell is going to go far because he is a snake. I really like the other Russell. He might be my favorite so far. I did watch this late late last night when I got home from shopping, so really didn't focus too much on what was going on. I liked Marissa, too bad she got voted out already.

Having seen last night's episode, if I were to get on Survivor in future and be provided with a cantine for water, I'd be sleeping with it (and all my other belongings too). Yes, he reminds me of Rupert, only Rupert was basically a nice guy, and this guy rubs me totally the wrong way. I give him three episodes, because I think his teammates are smarter than he thinks they are. Or maybe this will be like Amazon where every single week, those darn women wouldn't see the light and make the female alliance I think they should have made, and I'll be gnashing my teeth at what idiots they all are. No way, no how is this guy going to make it to the final though.

Hey Paster G, So good to have you back in action. I really missed you. I love your comentary on Survivor. So let's get to it. Pit Bull Russell of course is rotten to the core. I realize that it gives depth to the show but when they do evil things like pour peoples water out after he slugs what he wants down, that is wrong. He may be an Oil Tycoon but he's coming on too strong way too soon. I doubt he will make it to episode 5. As far as Ashley making Final 4, I doubt as well. I noticed Ben winking at her and expect them to hook up. That will be their downfall I believe. Shambo is too over powering in her whole attitude. I do like Jaison because he is not only an intelligent law student but he's a strong swimmer and it appears not afraid to work. I like Betsy the cop because of her instincts. Dr. Mick at this point can do no wrong in my book. Russell S. I believe has what it takes to go all the way. One other female that I think may be a contender is Laura, 39. She looks to have what it takes. So, Final four...1.Dr. Mick, 2.Betsy 3.Russel S. and 4.Laura. I'm afraid that pretty boy John(Rocket Scientist) will be too much for the other men to deal with. Too much ego involved. Betsy may be a long shot but at this point I think she's a good possibility. What do you think of my picks G? Leenie

Lots of hot guys this time around! Russell ain't one of 'em! Well, not the mean Russell anyway. The other Russell seems cool so far. I'll let everybody else take care of the evil while I snuggle up with John and Jaison, etc.

I would love to join your group as I have never missed a Survivor Season since it started. Hope it continues for many more years. Unfortunately, after only 2 shows so far, I have yet to even come close to the ones I think or would like to see make it to the final four. 1. Ashley - Have to give her credit last night for wanting to go against the majority who wanted to vote for Betsy off last night. She was right in wanting Ben off...way too C*ocky for me. Although she winced and gave in, in the end. I just hope that Blonde interlect does not make her a follower for the rest of the season. 2. Ben is certainly upfront in the way he is going to play the game - don't mess with him, and he will get even. 3. Elizabeth - A know it all...and I think that is going to get her in the end. 4. Mick - not a leader at all, only in name. He may be smart in playing it this way, but unless we get more verbal communication from him, it seems that he is just sitting back and having no input for his team. He seems like a whimp to me. 5. Shannon (Shambo) - is certainly all talk. Nothing she claims she can do, has she been able to do well...she won't last long. 6. Yasmen - what a trip! She made a fool of herself when she went to the other island. While Ben may have deserved a little lashing, she was definitely an embarassement to her team. 7. Good Russel H. - wow! I'd love to see him thrown off his pedestal quickly...but he is playing the game. Unfortunately I think he started off to quickly, when he went to everyone on the first show, to get a pretend alliance with them. They all caught on quickly that he wasn't sincere. He should've started off a little slower. I don't see him last too long - I think the previews for next week showed Jason talking about getting him off, didn't it? 8. Jason - That's the guy that shows some intellegence, and physical attributes. He is a very likeable guy also. I see him going far, but if he wins too many physical challenges, they may find him as a threat. Betsy, Brett, Dave, Erik, John, Laura, Marissa, and Monica - not enough imput from them, to know what they are like. Natalie and Kelly are just Blondes that are there for the show, looking for romance, and seem to have no brains right now. Typical Blondes. Who I would love to see on the final four: Russel H., Russel S., Jason, and Ashley But who do I think will be there? : the ones that sit back , and let everyone else bicker...lol
