How long can you stay talking on the phone?

I also experience to talk in the phone for a long hour but we only take two to three hours. I agree, chatting through phone for long hour can make our ears hurt and can turn it to color red. After I talk through the phone for long hour I feel that my ears become a little bit of numbness and I can't hear very well. It takes hours before it get back to normal. I also experienced to text all day and my fingers feel so numb also.

Everytime my husband calls me, we talk for very long hours,it would take for about one hour. I could also feel my ears heating including my hand which is holding the telephone. I don't have to put the phone because I love talking to my husband no matter how long it would take.

I think I can talk on the cell phone through out the night without any problem because I use a headset for longer talks. If you don't use a head set, there is not only the problem of ear getting heated damaging the cells & tissues, but there is also a problem of radiation which can cause tumor, cancer & memory Loss!!So if you have a head set, its not only that you love the talk, it's also that you will be on the safer side. Whoa! The longest phone conversation I had lasted around 4 hours. And I thought that was long, but you defeated me by 5 hours! lol! Now that you mentioned it, my ears were really red, even if I switched the phone from one ear to another from time to time. My friend and I were talking about or love lives, the recent gossip circulating (hahaha), homework, then back to our lives. I didn't know what time it was as I was in my parents' bedroom (they had an extension), and I was lounging on the bed. I only knew it was late already when my mom pinched my thigh that I had to bite off a curse! Hahahaha.. She was mouthing "GET OFF THE PHONE NOW, AND I MEAN RIGHT NOW". Hahaha!

whao!! way too long to have a red ears over the phone, i haven't experienced it yet, did it hurt?? you've got a record there, I only lasted for about 20 min and that's my longest record staying over the phone...=)
