there are a few things that help gain muscle weight, one is peanuts/peanut butter and another one is soy products (go for organic soy only) both are very high in protein and help gain muscle weight. working out will help turn these proteins into muscles. I personally like kattle bell because it works out all muscles with simple exercise and it's fast. I do 20 swings with 53lb katle bell and i'm unable to move after that. Fast and easy.

Well, my boyfriend went from about 170lb to over 200lb in a few month by eating 6 peantutbutter, raw honey, raw cocoa nibs, dried goji berries, and bee polen sandwatches every day plus he was adding peanutbutter to peacefull planet supreme meal protein mix after exercise. He ate friuts all day in between the sandwitches and for dinner ate veggetables. He also power lifted every day. It was a very quick weight gain though. everything he ate was organic and though the veggetables he ate were steamed, if he would've done it again he would've left veggetables raw.

Eat all the time. Or eat whenever you are awake. You should try it. You are sure to become fat.

Hi uchi^^;;
I think it really has something to do with the metabolism. You're still young so maybe it will change sooner once you become full grown-up. Some have been thin all their life but gained weight for some reasons like after getting married or giving birth.
My bf has been slim ever since even though he has a huge appetite LoL!
When he was 22years old, he started going to the gym to build his muscles so now he has a nice chest and average weight but I can still say thinner than others.
I also don't easily get fat even when i eat a lot.
Don't be sad because we always have the advantage of eating all what we want like sweets and pizzas without worrying about the calorie intake. As you know, many people undergo painful diets just to maintain an average weight.
Enjoy eating and lotting^^;;

Hello my thin friend.
I am also thin. I too ate too much. But still i am thin. It is because our body is hot in nature. Heat burns all our fat. Dont ate things that are hot in nature ? U know the ice is hot in nature. Some examples of food that are hot in nature - all type of non-veg, almond, oil, cashew, nuts, date etc. Avoid things that are hot in nature, avoid anxiety, think less, take sound sleep .

Some people have a very fast metabolism, and that will cause you to not gain weight. I have the same problem. I do eat and drink a lot of soybean products and foods high in protein, but still nothing helps. My metabolism is to fast. I used to drink high calorie nutritional drinks and they did help me gain a little weight, but as soon as I stoped drinking them I lost the weight immediatly.
