do you hate the forms

My husband has to go to the doctors alot for his health conditions and they send him the forms to fill out just to see the doctor and he always tells me to do it and I really hate doing it all.

I absolute hate form myself. I filled so many forms out when I was employed in an office that I can hardly stand to look at forms. I will put it off until I can put it off any more before I fill out a form or any type. I believe that I suffer from "burn out". Forms who can stand them.

No, I am currently learning to create an online form to survey the visitors of my websites. It is fun. I really do not hate forms at all.
