I woke up this morning 19-Sep-2009 7:45am Singapore Time (UTC+8:00) just dropped by Adflasher to check with a brink of hope for a pleasant surprise to have my Pending Funds to have $2 cleared. If nothing change its all the same...there is a You've got Messages link to click.
Clicked on it to see:

Members with Pending funds may now use them for a Premium Membership. Simply access your My Account homepage and click "Upgrade Now" to complete the process.
**For the benefit for those who are reading this for the first time, refer to my previous discussion on the offers to upgrade by Adflasher

I went to the My Account, couldn't find the link of "Upgrade Now" so I guess its the click-able word "Upgrade" in the "You are currently a FREE member. Upgrade your account to day to receive priority Ad Views" I've Clicked on the word "Upgrade" as I've guessed.
Comes to the Upgrade Page form but the payment modes are still 1. Alert Pay, 2. Google Check out, 3. Liberty Reserve and 4. Paypal. They didn't have an option for Total Balance (Available Balance + Pending Funds).
Looks to me like:
1. A sign of failing and struggle as what Monuu said in my previous discussion and its coming clearer by the day.
2. To me its like I may not see my initial investment of $30, probably they have trouble clearing even just $1.95 to my $28.05 available balance just to let me draw down to my Alert-Pay .
To cut Adflasher some slack for being new, I can excuse the time wasted in clicking the ads and all the grief of technical breakdowns (inability to login, bugs and glitches). They are probably a bunch of young entrepreneurs with a brand new idea piloting out the raw project as complete as they can see and trying to perfect it as it goes. Successful people will face failures especially when they didn't have enough resources to begin with. Especially sufficient experience or inspiration of all possible conditions.
So as a consumer, I invested $15 because of the promise of $30 immediately paid and proof of payment was given. I wouldn't have paid for the second pack if the Pending Funds was not more than 50%. I credit their entrepreneurial attitude in business and I can forget about the profits as a chance for their on-going.
But if they can honor the return of my $30 investment I would regard them as gentleman in business. Even if its to cancel or suspense my account we part in peace. If they do not honor that, I don't think they deserve a good word from anybody who have experienced them.
What's your opinion?
