Nanny Caught in a Surveillance Camera!

As i browse youtube yesterday a particular video caught my attention that a Nanny was caught in a surveillance camera (yaya huli sa cam) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaRpw1AL-Bg.
I am so angry while watching this video that the kid was kick to death by her nanny and the nanny is not even satisfied by giving the kid on kick. she numerously kick the child for the spun of a minute or 2 and to my surprise she even step on the kid while it is lying down facing the floor.
What will you do to the nanny if this happen to your kids or your relatives?
This is unacceptable for me, I don;t what i am capable of doing to get even for my kid if they experience this from a nanny. How about you?

This is the reason why i refuse to hire someone to take care of my daughter when i go to work... and it is a good thing that my in-laws are kind enough to take care of her for me...
Even if we do not want to believe it... people like this exist in this world... and we parents should do everything we can to protect our children... i hope that yaya was punished for what she did... and should never be allowed to have children of her own...

child abuse is evil!
my view is a mother should only have children if she is willing to actually look after them! i think it is wrong to bring children into this world and dump them off with a stranger they need to be close to their mothers.
i think if a single mother is really struggeling money wise then she should ask a close relative for help while she does part time work or even better she can work from home.
child abusers should be killed imo.

Hi! Although I didn't watch the video for it's gruesome acts, I say that this is really an unacceptable act of violence in a civilized society.This is why I am against hiring a nanny for my children because a nanny can do harm to a child specially if the parent (mother or father) is working and is not at home most of the time. It is really better and advisable for the mother to take care of her child during the first years of the child's life, but because of the hard times we are in, the parents both want to work to make ends meet or to have a better life. In that case I think the parents should try to find a job that will take them to their place of work in different hours of the day bacause even if money is really needed to live, isn't it more important to have achild grow in a good environment and surroundings brought about by good parenting?
