What is your feelings when you see 50 years mentally disabled woman?

Today morning,i saw one woman by roadside,with irregular clothes,body and face totally covered with dust.But she is smiling some times and crying immediately.Later i came to know that she is mentally disabled and no body is there for take care.At that time i felt bad and even i suspect god to create her in such a stage.

Hi,by seeing her,she is definately poor,but when you see them in that situation,what is your feelings.Any how all the best and happy mylotting.
