Whoaa... this is the first time I read about gado-gado is from Jogja. What I know is Gudeg from Jogja. Anyway, I am noodle lover so basically I love all kind of noodle food.

I also like gado-gado. but I prefer to eat noodles. I do not know where the gado-gado. However, in jogja, indeed many people selling gado-gado.

Pangsit are called pungents or crispies in my place. Children and oldmen love pangsit because of its taste and crispiness. Generally we consume pangsit during coffee time.

yes ites a vry delicious food. but i like if pangsit is served like hot pangsit and no coffee.maybe every person had a unique style to eat pangsit. are you indian??

how to explain about pangsit, in English pangsit is dumplings but it does not look like it if translated. I like this food, because it is very crisp and there are meatballs in the flour also more happy if served warm.
