We made this "Miracle Milk Bath" (Betty Crocker, Holiday edition, November 1998) for holiday gifts. It was very silky and felt great on your skin. At the time we made the basic recipe, although I'm sure you could add essential oils like lavender or jasmine to create something that is also pleasing to the senses with the scent of your choice. The ingredients are simple and inexpensive, which allows for a little extra money to purchase attractive containers. Have fun!
2 cups salt
2 cups baking soda
2 cups nonfat dry milk
Mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.
To use, add 1 cup of mixture to bath water. Makes 6 cups.

Thank you so much i will use this recipe with the kids. I did manage to find some very cute decorative containers at a local dollar store type place.
