stress management-so difficult yet a must for every individuals. having a job for the first time made me feel a loser. my body cannot respond very well to the files of tasks my boss was giving me. i realize i have to do something or else i will not succeed in my endeavors. i read articles and books about coping up with stress. i learned a lot from the articles and books, disciplined myself and finally i can now cope up with this thing called stress.

It seems the only way is to get used to small amounts of stress ...
This seems to eventually lead to ability to cope with real-world stress...
There's a saying: "Stress is proportional to the difference between what is and what should be."
It seems the "what should be" is interesting:
1. is it my personal judgement?
2. is it the judgement of others?
3. is it an objective metric?
item 2. It may people choosing to give other people a hard time :) maybe?
What do you think?

Thanks Jomaru88.
I am reminded that specially in business, it could be wise for
leaders to,once in a while, speculate audibly for the entire team to hear:
what might be expected of them to deliver rapidly in the near future.
Perhaps it will give more people time to prepare and avoid undue unmanageable stress...
Just a thought...
