What kind of restaurant would you be planning to establish? Japanese? Italian? Or cafe?
I love sushi and pizza more than any other food we buy.
In facebook, I made a restaurant for sushi lovers. Named it chopstix.
But in real life... I would like to establish a cafe - serving coffee and frap and also there would be available books/magazines to be read when they order from my cafe etc.
Can you picture what's on my mind? I think it'll be fun.
I know there are already lots of cafes like that but in our province, there's still none and I'm thinking about it but well... I don't think it'll work there because of economy crisis and everything.

Actually, I have restaurant myself. I make chinese food. the food is very important for a restaurant but the most important one is the service. Only the service can retain your customer. You have many ways to improve it, I know a web that may give you some ideas: www.waitercaller.com

i guess it would be a seafood restaurant with native delicacies on the side. i feel bored with the fastfood thing and i am always attracted to going to seafood restaurants. it would be a restaurant where people choose from the live fish, squids, crabs, shells inside an aquarium, have it cooked and wait for them to be served. i have been to one restaurant such as this and i am confident that what u eat are really fresh.

I have a cafe few years back but have to close it as I relocated my residence few miles away from the cafe. It was doing quite well where I did my own sweet buns personally. It was one of its kind in a place surrounded by government offices. There is a lot of hard work in running a cafe. I made a mistake as I did not train any of my staff to make my sweet buns and breads so I end doing it the whole day as the demand was overwhelming.

If I were to start a restaurant then I will go for something which is more in to pizza making. Because I am a big pizza lover and would like to eat them whenever I want. I am not sure whether or not I will have the same interst if I have my own pizza place. But definitely I will go for a pizza restaurant.

mixed concept for me hehe. the dishes that i will offer for the costumers depends on their cravings. it could be expensive or not but we'll try our best to make our costumers contented on his / her meal. hmmm but i would think that we'll suggest them the popular ones. and yeah you're right because of the economy crisis it is impossible to happen. . . let's just hope and wish for it to happen on what type of restaurant that we want to build in the future ^_^ just focus on today to have a brighter tomorrow haha
