Exchanging funds between paypal and alertpay is not possible unless you have someone you trust who is willing to do that for you. The person you are willing to deal should be possibly your friend or a family member, as I would not trust with money on anybody on internet. The other way you can do it is link you bank account to both of these accounts and then do the transfer yourself. You can also request cheque from alertpay, but I think they charge for that service.

I have no idea about it too because i also wanted my funds in paypal to be transferred in alertpay. I have to do payments using my alertpay but it has no money yet. My paypal has a little funds so I want to transfer it to alertpay and i don't know how also.
