What is your dinner today?

Today it is minestrone for me. Easy to make, filling, delicious. And as I was at a barbecue yesterday, I thought I needed something soupy.. Fortunatly, pesto and parmesan cheese are always at home. I make pesto for the whole year when basil is cheap in summer. By the way, minestrone is also very unexpensive. Happy posting!!!

My husband made a really good lamb and rice dish for dinner tonight. it was absolutely delicious.
