after and earlier decision failed to reach its objective, this week a Brazilian court made an ruling against file sharing clients. following legal action by anti piracy groups against websites offering a file sharing client for download, the court decided that software which allows users to share music via p2p is illegal.
what does u people say about it............

well..thats quite sad for the brazilian surfers,though.. :(
but, i think this is the right thing which the court has done.
companies struggle so hard to create new and unique softwares, but these surfers download them just 4 free!
this is quite an unfair deal....

yes u r right man......... as we do our others jobs and get money from them. where as these companies people are heavily dependent on these websites for money to survive. we should take care about them also. actually most of the people dont have information about internet online banking, purchasing, etc so they try their best to download those wanted songs, software instead of learning how to do online banking. especially teenagers dont have online banking but by any means they want to have what they want and they thought that to do p2p sharing is justified for them.
