crocodile meat-are you in it?

Last night, GMA 7 with Jessica Sojo's show featured crocodile meat as one of the tastiest meat ever of all the exotic meats there is on the table. Of course everybody knows what crocodiles are but as a meat, I'm not certain if if I'd ever taste it. In her show were shown how well known chefs created various dishes of crocodile meat. Those who were able to taste them responded positively to its taste. Would you ever like to taste one?
