how do you see life in your own perspective?

hi lilmissy i appreciate you for being optimistic. you are such a fighter i think. the way you perceive things. how i wish i was like you. your response makes me think of trying to look at the positive side of life. maybe i'm just so weak in facing problems.

It is a really hard think to practice cause as we grow up are brains are trained to think a certain way the way we were tought growing up, any negativity in your life growing up follows you for the rest of your life, i just figure it cant get anyworse then it already is but the positive part is it can get better like i will give you an example k say you just bought a brand spankin new car n you walk out the door n see someone smash into it you can either look at that n curse n swear at the person till you have them feeling like crap n crying or you can say oh well thats what i have insurance for its all in how you perceive things in life n thats what controls the way you act n feel ...lesson is you think feel then you act but in people who live with crappy lives all the time the preceive the world different and they usually preceive things much differently they usually feel, act n then think n that usually dont work n it tends to make you feel worse when your like that cause usually if you take a situation n take time to think about it then the turn out of your feelings n actions are different witch inturn makes the situation look a bit differen..i have learned in life to become a stornger person cause of all the bad cards ive been dealt your quite welcom n happy myloting:-)
