The original letter is found here http://tgwbmyblogposts.blogspot.com/2009/09/composing-open-letter.html and an edited version is found in the link below.
Letter two found here http://tgwbmyblogposts.blogspot.com/2009/09/version-2.html is a fragmented and edited version of the original.
Is the second letter the better letter?

I wish I had a response to this. It is related to many issues, and of your personal rights denied I wish you the best of luck in resolving those. Meanwhile, on the issue of healtchare I'm torn: the idealist wishes all healthcare were of the highest quality and free to everyone, whereas the realist in me knows that A)the best of anything (doctors or pig farmers) are those with an economic incentive to work hard and B)I trust nothing rammed down our throats by any of today's elites and/or their institutions.

I just don't know that the system could be any different. I'd Love for a world where all are able to achieve free and high quality healthcare, but our entire system is based on profit--if not it's communism/socialism, and that's full government (and corruption) control. I don't see an easy answer.

I guess before we tackle health care we really need to tackle the corruption that exists...
Then the answer would be much more clear, more like a given.
We can not allow people to lie in order to gain control over others.
I'm too tired to do a diatribe of all my thoughts on the issue, but I think you have read enough of my writings to know what I mean that both the short and long term out looks would benefit from getting the corruption under control, instead of us being controlled by corrupt people.
I'll do a post on the issue of Health Care insurance, and Life insurance as they run hand in hand.
The whole financial structure will change and those hard working people that are good and doing good work should be rewarded, but I stand by what I wrote above that people should not profit from the sick and hurting... What I really mean is that if you are not helping the weakest in our society and if you are causing harm to our citizens and our community that those individuals who are abusing the system need to be held into account.
Wish I had more energy to continue... Maybe tomorrow...

Allow me to help you reframe your thinking...
Health care is about insurance, insurance is to provide for the unexpected needs of a person caught in a bind, most likely hurting.
Doctors are to help the sick and hurting.
Who should profit off of the sick and hurting?
Should insurance companies reap huge profits especially during an economic downturn?
Who is greedy?
Who is more greedy?
I can think of many groups...
The bottom line is that profits should be tied to performance and there should be an incentive to do your best.
Too many people are not accountable for their own needs and are trying to pass the buck on others, like making an innocent person pay for the crimes of another individual.

I think I'll send the first letter to the Federal Court Judge and the Defendant and the second one to the Clerk of Court and the others that I think should be interested in what is going on in our Courts and Hospitals.
Thank You for sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate all feedback.

I cut out a lot of minutia, material that was extraneous or incidental.
I'm thinking that I might send a copy of the first letter to the Federal Court Clerk, the Judge and the Defendant. They seem to require more detailed information to grasp a full understanding of what they are reading.
Then I can send the second letter to the President, the First Lady, and the United States Attorney General.
I can also send a hard copy to the Paralegal that I spoke with and then e-mail all of the people whom are in contact with me through e-mail as staff for the Democratic party to help keep us all informed of what is going on in our Nation and around the world.

Good that is all the more reason to send it to the Judge and the Defendant (The Chief Deputy Attorney General)

Well maybe as I keep adding on to the time lines where the information over laps I can manage to find a way to put in some clarification where events become blurred.
I've been working on this for a very long time and the computer is making it much easier to organize you can't imagine what it would be like if I was to arrange and re-arrange all of the hard copies in order to create each different time line for each different set of circumstances or events, as these things cascade from one to another and then blend together as I'm dealing with all the issues all at one time, in real time.
Thanks for your help,
