is kiwibox scam?

I joined kiwibox.com to get prizes. when I earned more points I redeem to a rewards. But almost 3 months of waiting I still not receiving my prizes. I message the rewards@kiwibox.net (rewards handle), mike (admin), susan (one of the admin) and kiwigirl (problem asking)about my prizes but no one respond of them. Is kiwibox scam?

apparently according to googlwe it isnt a scam. People have recieved items. I think its a bit strange that you havent recieved your items or had any comms. This shows me that it could be a scam
