how do you like your steak cooked? what do you put on it? do you grill it or fry it? charcoal or propane. my husband makes his own rub for steaks and it is excellent!

I like mine on a charcoal grill with some mesquite wood for the great smoke flavor! I live in Mexico and the mesquite is basically free for the taking! Just go out of town a ways and it's every where like a weed down here!

Medium just pink on the inside! I'll use a rub sometimes! Sometimes I'll throw it in the smoker a couple of hours before I grill them, this works great with pork chops also! Down here the butchers cut the steaks real thin and I have to tell how thick to cut them for me! Gring0 style! LOL! tdemex

I like mine well done as I cannot stand having blood on my plate and I dont like the look of red meat! I have tried it medium cooked I did like the taste but I couldnt look at the meat so couldnt eat it like that all the time! I always grill it on a george foreman grill as it gets rid of any excess fat! I love what we call diane sauce which is basically mushroom, cream and brandy sauce it is lovely!

I like my steak medium-well. This way it is cooked thoroughly, but it is still quite tender. I normally grill steak ove charcoal. To me , this is the best way to eat a steak. I prefer making them at home rather than going to a steakhouse to eat because then, not only is it cheaper, but I know that it is done the way I like it.

I like my steak medium rare and cook on the grill. I only use salt on my steak I do not want to cover up the taste of the steak with sauces.

I lke my steak fried, medium rare, coated in garlic, and seasoning and pepper, served with salad, new potatoes, garlic bread, and plenty of mustard, to dip the steak in,...:-) I have to add, fried in olive oil, as it is healthier.

The perfect steak for me is grilled on an outdoor charcoal barbeque. Medium rare so it's nice and tender and juicy. I usually just like to sprinkle a little salt on my steak but sometimes I opt for A-1 or Heinz 57 sauce.

my husband likes hp sauce. he says its better than A-1. we can only find it at Tops or wegmans. its hard to come by.

I like mine medium. I love steaks cooked on the grill, currently we have propane, but meat cooked with charcaol is really good too. In the winter time I cook it in the oven on the broiler setting, it is almost as good as grilling. I have a prety good rub that I make too, or sometimes I just use soul seasoning, it has such an awesome flavour on steaks. I really love steak.

I like my steak cooked on the grill, some where between med rare, and rare. I like to put some grilled onions, and green peppers on the top of it when i eat it. The only seasonings i put on it is garlic, salt, and pepper.
