Wow, a gaming business, hm? Are you looking to make something that's purely online, or to have a physical location where you meet with people? What skills do you bring to the table- aside from being a gamer yourself (which is a good start), can you design games? Are you an artist, or a writer? It's obvious you'd like to run a business- have you read up at all on the subject?
Unfortunately, from the little I know, running a business- especially with something like games- is a lot of hard work. You might want to start from the beginning. If you like gaming, why not find a company near you that's hiring Q&A testers? They can be full or part-time jobs, and they just want you to play through a game to work out all of the bugs. This can help you a number of ways:
1) It gets your foot in the door to a gaming business. It shows you the ropes of the business, while you earn money.
2) It also helps you network in your chosen business. Always a good thing when you want to hire people down the road.
3) It's one of the things you can get started on now, while you're busy with everything else going on in your life, without putting in a ton of effort all at once.
Also, I don't know what your schooling situation may be, but you might want to look into college- majoring in Business, or finding a school that teaches graphic design and that sort of thing.
I wish you the absolute best if you're interested in following this passion. Good luck!

It would be worth doing an internet search for gaming sites and then contacting the site owners and asking them some advice for getting started.
Some might not get back but a lot of them would be glad to help or you might pick up a few books on Amazon which will give you some information about licensing etc which you need to run a gaming website.
If you do ask site owners for advice, I wouldn't tell them you're age though incase it makes them less willing to help.
