Singing everyday will also allow the use of more oxygen, much the same way that exercising does. Thus, it improves lung efficiency and the cardiovascular system. All good reasons for singing everyday!

I Loooooove to sing anywhere everywhere altho not so very loud if its in a public place teehee....singing is a very good stress release and for me personally a "tool" to express how i feel cause i'm not really good at describing how i feel. Getting a positive reaction toward my singing also such a great feeling cause i'm happy to entertain people. I used to sing on stage at high school but now i just sing if they ask me to sing in some local comunity show or family gathering its fun :)

I love to sing and listen to sad and goodbye songs. I really don't know why, but I'm not a lonely person. I also love to dance to a particular tune, especially that of my genre. Indeed, I agree, even if I don't sing, I feel relaxed when I listen to my favorite songs. These are the old love songs, country and golden oldies.

I love to sing but the singing itself doesn't love me back:) My girlfriend is a great singer and I'm really proud of her. I can carry a tune but the voice quality is really not that great. Despite that reality I still love and enjoy singing. I'm a choir member in high school and I'm currently in a theater group:)

I love to sing. I think I sound like a mourning goddess. And it is all too mourning when I grumble grumble through the charts and flows of music. It is plain and painful, but also growing. I challenge myself to sing more, but cannot accept the nonacceptance that I feel. I am wayward. And floating amid stars, really neither here nor there. If you heard me you would think, there she goes... the spirits don't like it when i sing. i have found this out. so i sing. i sing because i am beautiful. i sing. happy singing to you!

all filipinos are addicted to singing. I am in a choir myself. i guess this is the reason why filipinos are tagged as bunch of happy people. I do get annoyed though when the neighbours put up the volume whenever they are having happy drinking hours in the night. aarrgghh!
