I have two eye glasses as spectacles, one for cooking and one for computer and TV watching. Though the doctor said both are of same power, one is simple fiber glass and the other is costlier glass one with rold gold frame to be used when I go out, I feel costlier glass one is not comfortable while using computer and watching TV. So I use only the simple fibre one for this. Other times, whether cooking or going out, I use the costlier one. What about you? Do you use eye glasses? If so how mamy glasses do you have?

I personally wear two pairs of glasses. One pair for reading and one pair for long distanse seeing. i got the cheapest pair availiable so I dont think that the material is all that sturdy. I think it is made out of plastic or something

I use non-prescription reading glasses. I have a pair in the kitchen, bedroom, computer room, bathroom, car, purse and almost always one pair on top of my head ready to grab in case I need them somewhere that I don't already have a pair waiting. Many times my husband laughs because I forget about the ones on my head and I will pick up ones by the computer when I am on here and put them on too.

carrot is good for eye sight I heard. Eat them more and I wish you will not get the necessity of wearing eye glasses.

I have 2 pairs of distance glasses - one is sunglasses... then I have my "readers" I have a pair just about everywhere - on in my phone pouch, one in the car, one at my desk, one at the roomie's desk (so I can trim cat claws in her room)
I hate having to break down and get the readers, but I just can't see anymore without them!

It is convenient to have many glasses kept here and there at convenient places. Our work is not affected because of forgetting the glasses.

I am 34 years old... and i was a voracious reader when i was younger... i would still be but i don't have that much time in my hands... i don't wear glasses yet... my eyes are still fine... but i know in a few years time... i would be needing a pair... so i am bracing myself when i need the help of glasses just to be able to read the newspaper or a book...

By God's grace, let there not arise any necessity for you to use eye glasses.

Hello Buchi-bulla. I wear only one pair of glasses. I am near-sighted, so I have to wear it whenever I am up for work. The pair of glasses I have been wearing is six years old, but still in very good condition. It is very expensive for me, which cost me over six hundred RMB. I take care of my glasses not to break it. I hear many people say that near-sighted people will gradually get rid of this kind of glasses when their eyesight will change from one to another, which will eventually lead to the use of wearing reading glasses instead. I am not so sure about it. Good day, friend.

I wish you continue with this simple glasses and let not the eye sight change. If it has to change, let it be so that you need not wear any glass at all and have normal sight.

I have bifocals but I dont usually use them when I am reading. I will often take them off in order to read and it just makes it easier to do. I like to read without glasses just for the convenieince of doing it.
