i was just thinking that technology changed listening to music in so many different ways...do you think technology made listening to music easier or difficult or do you think there's more ways technology can improve the way we listen to music. i know that since ive bought my ipod im always listening to music and it is definitely more easy because i can listen to my music anywhere at anytime.

Technology has certainly made access to music much more straightforward. I use my I-Pod regularly with tracks I have downloaded staight from the net. The need to go to the store to buy CDs has been reduced significantly and quite cleary sales have been impacted. Whilst this is not so great for the music industry it is good for consumers in terms of convenience.

Technology has made listening to music so much easier. I used to carry around a portable cd player and 10 cd's crammed into 2 cases in high school. That got annoying real fast and eventually I didn't care about listening to music anymore. But now that I have an ipod I never leave home without it. Now I can load my ipod with almost every cd I've ever bought and it's great being able to carry around all my music in my pocket.

Technology has helped me because I now can download pretty much any song off of iTunes for only .99 cents, which is pretty awesome to me. I also listen to it on my iPod - at work, in the car, at home, while working out, etc. It's lovely.

Technology has definitely made music more accessible, at a loss of sound quality of course. Music is now something everyone can enjoy at any time or place and not have to worry about carrying around a gramophone. I believe that is a beautiful thing and should be cherished.
