Anyone else also apply to be a freelance financial writer position at Yovia?

I am right now almost done writing an article about it and will post it up for display only at Associated Content since that lady had stiff me on my payment and more than likely the other writers she accepted to write for her.
I feel like I got rip off and wasted my time at the site for nothing because I didn't get paid by her and to top it all off, she didn't respond to any of the emails that I sent her which was two different times. I am pretty sure they didn't land in the spam folder because they didn't have anything funny looking on the subject section that screams "spam alert."
I was wondering if anyone else also applied for the position and got accepted and found out that she didn't plan on paying you at all but just want us to write for her for free so then that way, her site will get free traffic due to our writings in a SEO format.
I was wondering if anyone else is with me on this or not. If you didn't apply for the position, you are lucky there. I can at least tell you to forget the lady and just move on to something else with legit writing companies that would actually pay you to write such as in the case with Associated Content, ehow, etc.

I am so sorry for you. I guess this is why it's better to go through clearinghouse sites, like Constant Content or Elance. Then it's the company that has to chase down the money and not you. That bites, though. It takes a lot of work to write articles, and I hate that the Internet opens the doors to those who prey on others.
You should write an article about this so that others can learn from your experience. Too many people get taken advantage of online.

Thanks for the support about this. And yes. I am still working on the article so then I can warn other writers at Associated Content about it and hopefully will post them on Bukisa and such. It is a shame how there are bimbos like her who doesn't value writers like us. If she didn't, she would of been smart to not post anything about the position. Some of us need money more than others but we hate to get rip off by people like her. And thanks for understanding that writing is a hard occupation when it comes to earning a living online. It's my only way to earn income by making money online with Paypal.
