Hi friends,
Yesterday morning I had a wonderful time with my Gym friends as we decided to take a steam bath. Being a Sunday I had no time constraint and enjoyed every moment, and i can say iam refreshed and feeling very energetic to start the week.
I have heard it’s very good for our skin and also it helps in reducing body fat. If its taken once in 10 days it brings a glow in our skin and our body pours gets opened. So it has multiple benefits.
Thus I would like to say that people who feel lethargic and exhausted after a hectic week can certainly try this for a change and for getting energized.
So have u tried it before? If yes how was the experience? What changes you saw in yourself?
Cheers,
Tutul

Hi Tutul,
It is very good that you get time and money to do exercisse as well as steam bath. I have heared that it is very refreshing and energetic. I also would love to take staem bath if got chance in life. You are living student life so get sufficient time for gym and etc but as job goer dont have time for all those things.Whenever got time take steam on face using portable steamer.Even when i use steamer for face , feels refreshing ;it would be very great for whole body.Have a nice day and enjoy!!

Like you, I also love taking steam baths. I usually take one right before a massage, and after taking a shower, because according to my masseur, it opens up my skin so that the aromatheraphy will really be abosrbed by my skin. She is right because the peppermint energizes me while lavender puts me to sleep. I also take a steam bath right before a facial. It really cleans my skin, and I come out with glowing skin.

steam bath. i am really interested in it. but i don't know where to go here locally who offesr steam bath for an affordable price. since it is a steam, i guess it is quite hot that is quite uncomfortable to the feeling. and that is why i am not too keen on having it done on me. how was the feeling of having a steam bath. is the heat uncomfortable or bearable. cause i don't like the hot feeling. but if it is really worth it for the health benefits i may do so as long as i can afford it.

Hi hot,
Iam from India so more often than not its quite hot here too. But steam baths are good for our health and taking it once in a while wont do any harm.
Yes its quite affordable here as it comes in my gym package. I dont pay anything extra for it.
Cheers,
Tutul

Till about a few years ago i was a member of a gym and was advised that its good to take steam bath once or twice a month. We also had sauna along with steam. The person operating steam used to tell us to take a steam bath especially in the winter months as this would open pores in our skin.I've also had a steam bath after a massage and felt particularly relaxed.

Hi pic,
Yea iam told to have it once after 10 days too. Too much of steam bath can spoil our skin. Thus it is better to take it once in 10-15 days.
Personally i felt it very good. I took it after working out for an hour or so and I felt so energized that I could have exersixed for another couple of hrs, lol.
Cheers,
Tutul

i never try it yet though i heard about it before and i know its so nice to be there and it makes you feel relax too. and its also good for your lungs for clear breathing and aside from the fact that it can helps lessen fats from our body.
