How difficult it is to find out that a guy/girl you love so much with all your heart is happy with someone else? have anyone of you ever faced this?

thanks for the response and what ever you might have said is right but suppose that girl leaves him because of any reason 
and will not return to him despite his best tries 
better still he cant even talk to her again..then it would change everything up..wont it:)

Thanks for responding to one of my discussions again and i know what you mean. I have heard this thing about him coming back 1000 times yet it doesnt give any comfort or feeling of good. I know it has been hurting for years now and it would still hurt same even after 10 years if he doesnt come to me.

i dont want to think that way. i will rather want to think that we can be very happy being together than thinking any negative if his not with me. though if i saw them personally with my two eyes then perhaps i will hurt a bit but i will not spent days, weeks, nor months about them. i dont bother to care as my life is more important that them.

Hi homeshppers,
Thanks for the response and yes even though we were never boy friend girl friend but we are best of friends and he knows i got a big crush on him and expect him to sweep me of my feet literally but he went with someone else and it hurt a lot especially the way when i see how she treats him. It did hurt a lot and is still hurting for last 3 years and i dont know how long would it hurt more. I have tired to live with this that ok he is happy , isnt it what i wanted ..to make him happy. But somehow it doesnt work this way with me .

i think it's very difficult... to find your love.. it's depend on you....how is you like someone...if you understands someone feelings..and care for her/him... then one day she/he also..think for that...you like him/her.. so be careful for..your choice..

Thanks for the response and yes it is nearly impossible to get the guy who i love so so mich and he does care for me a lot but not as a lover but as a friend,, but well may be one day i would forget him and can happily live my life without him in it as a lover.

yes, it really hurts. i am glad i found out now before we got serious or into the relationship further. it just isn't meant to be. You will find the right one for you who really loves you and you love him. the very best to you

I've faced this multiple times. This is a very easy thing if you think about it. Love only truly works out if BOTH people like each other. If your crush is happy with someone else but you some how manage to get the person anyways, that person will never truly love you. There is 2 things you can do. To quench the thirst of love, you can somehow take your crush away from you crushes bf/gf. 2nd, you can do what love really is supposed to be and let her/him go.

Thanks for the response and well yes if he is happy with someone else then i should be happy for him but it never works this way. May be i m selfish and wants him for me only. well i think i would take your advise and try the first thing because i have tried and not been able to let him go.
