dont u think the colleges and schools should bann homework
we being in engineering used to get what a fkng college were we in
and on not completion of the work our parents were called upon
can u imagine we were treated like kids of nursery
do u think it really helps , i never found it helping me , it just helped me to add burden to my life
its ones interest in academics and not the homework which keeps him updated

Well, not really. It can help us in our courses. With homework, we can excell in courses with more ease, and achieve our certificate for finding a proper job.

I'm an English major, and sometimes I resent all the homework I get (in the form of papers, for the most part). It does eat up a lot of time I could spend having fun, but you know what? I didn't go to school to have fun. I went to school to get a degree.
Besides, homework helps you remember how to do things that you need to know for class and- eventually- for the real world job you'll apply for someday.
Yes, it sucks- there's no disagreement on that front. But it's necessary.
So do your homework. You won't have any more after you graduate, so the faster you get it done now, the faster you can enjoy life.

As a college student, you think may think you have become an adult and don't need to do homeworks assigned by teachers. You make sure that you can learn by yourself. But probably you can't do that.Without homework most students don't know what to do.So they need some direction.Homework is the best direction.I think you should learn from homework and learn by yourself gradually.
