ya i can understand life can be boring , there should be a perfect balance between everything if u dont have girls . it would be sick
but on the other hand lot of girls and only girls , would make u piss off
our work environment is balanced
theres is an equal ratio of every one]

I never dreaming of working in a environment where has many girls around me. I'm computer technology specialist, almost all workmates of mine are men. When we go out for lunch or other event, we always talk about girls and money. Men always talk about girls and money, you know. I quite hope to working in a ladies group.

i miss working with guys, and it could lots of fun to talk and be relaxing...but when u are really put into bunch of girls, you have to keep your mouth 'clean', brush your content and polish them before you say it out....and can't imagine how can i get into their gossip talking

There were around 300 females working under me, I was a personal officer to all of them, and I used to pay their salary, bonus Leave encashment etc.. in person. I never felt uncomfort with those bunch of fairsex.

Hi Billzehua. I can imagine that this could be very awkward for you, but perhaps as you get to know these women better, you'll feel less "out of place."
I have always worked where there were both sexes present, but had I ever worked with all males, I, too, might have felt awkward at first, but there are ways to adjust, yes?
Take care and my best wishes to you.

I once rotated to a department who is all female and same as you I am having a headache. They all very chatty, some of their conversations I can follow, but there are some topics I cannot follow at all like about menstruation cycle, I was like duhhhh.. lol. There's even a woman who always bring her shio (it's Chinese zodiac) book everyday and try to read my fortune and love life in front of everybody. It's really funny but at the same time embarrassing to me

Yep,and I enjoyed it! But that was when I was still single... I worked in a huge broadcasting company before, we work in 5 man teams and I was the fresh multi media head, they let me decide who can I hire as my subordinates, I took the people who are fresh graduates and fresh from training... So basically I chose girls over men... They more attentive during my training and they pay attention to every detail! The only problem is I do all the carrying for the heavy stuff and I have to be very patient having girls around because of all their mood swings and make up and bathroom breaks... but it was fun until it lasted! haha!

yea, Tantrums, it is understandable that girls could be good subordinates, but the thing is they are not my subordinates.;( So how did you manage to control yourself at the very line not to 'touch' them...lol
