Sorry I can't find the link. I don't live in England though, is this something that only English people can vote for? I will send the link to my in laws there so they can vote too.
I love animals and have lost 11 pets due to animal cruelty. I believe it in my heart that we should ban these things and start acting like we are humans.

I'm not into furs, so I don't have to worry about that. I think that most countries have fairly stringent laws regarding animal rights and the testing of products on animals. I definitely think that it's OK to raise animals to be used for research- both medical and product testing, as long as they are treated humanely and not tortured in any way. Even Korea has strict laws regarding how the dogs that are used for food there can be raised and slaughtered.
In my opinion, we cannot stop the testing of products on animals; what other option is there, really?

I am very against people who wear fur. I am an animal activist. I mean I don't go protesting but itmakes me mad when I hear of people treating animals unfairly.

Wow Mansha.... I can only agree with you, infact I'm animalist and vegetarian, and I never consume animal goods.
What about Indians? I'd like to know how many animal goods Indians consume. Maybe they consume only a little because of their religion?

There are so many leather products we use in our daily life that saying no to them won't be possible.. rather what we can do is that we can stop using those products which we can avoid using.. like things made of animal Fur!

Hi Mansha, thank you for starting a discussion like this.
It's very interesting, I'm vegetarian and animalist and so I agree with you: stop cosuming animal goods!
I live in Italia and unfortunately a lot of people, here, consume such goods. The site you suggest is very interesting and I hope many myLotters will check it.
