Skype is well known because of its service, VOIP calls and free chat. Did you try using their service? They have Call out and Call in. Usually, when you sign up with skype, you have Call in account only and free chat which mean, you can receive calls from other users or phone.
You may think of getting their Call out service so that you can call others mobile or landline number. Well, that's good but do you think is okay? It is very ok but you only spend money for them.
I discovered a company that brings or have same service as the skype but I think better. Not only they give the lowest call out rate but they give incentives to their users. To check more info, visit this link: http://bit.ly/uloKd

I did try Skype, but not as a VOIP service provider. I just used it over the internet to chat with friends and loved ones, it proved efficient in terms of voice quality and video, but it cannot surpass the freedom and simplicity (of how to use) of Yahoo Messenger.
Further, I have experienced using VOIP service since the company I am connected with had used this service quite a number of years. Though it has it advantages of having cheaper calls internationally, it has disadvantages of choppy lines or unclear voice. Also, one disadvantage, if I might say, is the fact that it can't be used when your internet service provider has problems with their connection. But it's something good if you really need to contact people for business since it's quite expensive for someone to use it just for chit-chatting.
